Job summary

Brady Corp in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sr Quality Eng Tech to ensure quality and reliability of our products. You will implement quality control measures, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

This role is based at our Charlotte, NC location with an on-site work schedule. You will collaborate with production and engineering teams, perform inspections, audits, and training to uphold Brady's standards.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of electronics and the appropriate troubleshooting methods for electrical systems.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment working with handheld electronic devices.
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness and enthusiasm to expand knowledge of mobile computer systems, including both hardware and software.
• Capability to address groups of 20 or more on technical or process-related topics.

Responsibilities

• Identify and record non-conformities in processes throughout the facility.
• Perform inspections and tests on materials used in the electronics repair process.
• Recognize opportunities for ongoing improvement in quality processes and systems.
• Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to adopt best practices.
• Offer training and support to junior team members regarding quality assurance practices.
• Assist with audits and inspections conducted by regulatory bodies and third-party organizations.
• Analyze data from established sources to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Support the establishment of new workstations for incoming products at the service center.
• Provide assistance to the third-party companies partnered with Brady.
