RTX in Texas seeks a Quality Engineer to join the on-site team supporting the ROTHR Texas Radar System. You will interface with quality, program teams, customers, and IPTs to assure contract compliance and product quality across development and production.

You will lead root cause analyses, implement corrective actions, and ensure documentation and safety program adherence while collaborating with cross-functional partners to improve process capability at the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with relevant experience (5+ years) in Quality or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience interpreting schematics, work instructions, safety regulations, and technical docs.
• Background in root cause analysis and corrective action.
• Knowledge of safety, occupational health, and loss prevention programs.
• US Citizenship is required for access to US-only data systems.

Responsabilités

• Interface with program quality teams, programs, customers, and IPTs to ensure quality and contract compliance.
• Ensure service quality, manage quality risks and opportunities, resolve customer expectations.
• Lead root cause analysis, drive corrective actions, implement closed-loop controls.
• Serve as quality liaison between customer orgs and stakeholders; respond to quality issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvements.
• Document hardware in equipment history records per quality plans.
• Support AS9100 audits by reviewing policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Identify hazards and promote safe behaviors; ensure EHS compliance.
