RTX is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the ROTHR Texas Radar System. You will work with program quality teams, customers, and IPTs to ensure adherence to contractual requirements and Raytheon procedures.

The role emphasizes root cause analysis, corrective actions, and cross-functional collaboration to improve product and process quality. You will ensure proper documentation, participate in audits, and help drive safety and regulatory compliance across the site in Texas.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience reviewing schematics and technical documentation.

• Interface with quality teams, IPTs, and customers to ensure compliance with Raytheon procedures and contractual requirements.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve product and process performance.
• Serve as a program quality liaison for development and production products and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement strategies.
• Ensure hardware documentation aligns with program quality plans and records.
