Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Quality Engineer for the ROTHR Texas Radar System onsite in Texas. You will interface with program quality teams, customers, and IPTs to ensure technical quality, cost effectiveness, and contract compliance.

You will lead root-cause analyses, drive corrective actions, and implement robust controls to improve product and process predictability at the site, while ensuring alignment with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field with 5 years of relevant experience in Quality/Manufacturing Engineering or 9 years without degree.
• Experience reviewing and translating schematics, work instructions, safety regulations, and other technical documentation.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions in Quality Assurance.

Responsibilities

• Interface with quality teams, programs, customers, and IPTs to ensure technical quality and financial performance for the ROTHR Texas Radar System.
• Lead root cause analysis, facilitate corrective actions, and implement closed-loop controls for product/process improvement.
• Act as quality liaison between customer organizations and stakeholders, addressing quality issues and concerns from development to production.
