Shure is growing its Quality team and seeking a Senior Engineer, Quality Data to build data-driven solutions and transform quality metrics into actionable insights. The role drives data platforms, dashboards, automation, and AI-powered applications, with training duties for junior team members.

This hybrid role (3 days on-site) is based in Niles, IL, offering collaboration across global quality, enterprise data solutions, and governance of data platforms to scale quality operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, IT or related field.
• 5+ years in data analysis, data engineering and quality tools.
• Proficient with Python, SQL, and Excel VBA.
• Experience designing AI-enabled apps and mentoring teams.
• Track record using SAP S/4HANA, Power Platform, Tableau, and Minitab.

Responsibilities

• Lead data solutions design, development, and optimization for QA data.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into data engineering and AI solutions.
• Develop, govern, and improve data collection, storage, security, and lifecycle.
• Provide training and guidance for global quality systems and databases.
• Lead AI initiatives, copilots, agents, and intelligent automation across the org.
• Engage with IT and external providers to enhance systems and processes.
