Shure Incorporated is expanding its Quality data team in Niles, IL, with an Engineer II, Quality Data. The role focuses on building data-driven solutions, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools to improve quality metrics across the organization.

The position is hybrid (3 days on-site) in Niles, IL. Ideal candidates will have strong data analysis skills, experience with SAP S4HANA, Power Platform, and SQL, and the ability to lead data projects in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years using data analysis and quality tools or equivalent advanced degree.
• Experience with SAP S4HANA, Microsoft Power Platform, Excel (advanced), Tableau, and Minitab for data handling.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Global Quality Division to understand data needs and drive solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable data engineering, reporting and automation.
• Design and optimize enterprise data solutions, pipelines, dashboards, and analytics platforms.
• Develop and govern best practices for data collection, storage, security, accessibility and lifecycle across Quality systems.
