Job summary

Shure is hiring a Senior Engineer, Quality Data to build data-driven quality solutions and dashboards. You will drive data pipelines, analytics platforms, and cloud-based tooling to support Quality operations. You’ll also mentor junior teammates and push for AI-enabled improvements across the organization.

The role emphasizes governance, scalable architectures, and collaboration with global teams. A hybrid work model is offered with on-site days in Niles, IL.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
5+ years in data analytics, data engineering or quality tooling.
Proficient with Python, SQL, and advanced Excel/VBA.
Experience deploying AI-enabled apps and automation at scale.
Familiar with SAP S4HANA, Power Platform, Tableau, and Minitab.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Quality to design data systems, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions.
Translate business requirements into scalable data pipelines and analytics.
Lead data solution projects and ensure timely delivery and governance.
Develop and enforce best practices for data collection, storage, and security.
Provide training and guidance on global quality data systems.
