Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2+ years healthcare analytics experience preferred.
• Experience administering RLDatix or similar patient safety/event reporting platforms.
• Proven ability to design dashboards and automate reporting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, validate, and maintain reports from EHR, RLDatix, financial systems, and clinical registries.
• Develop automated reporting workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Build SQL queries to integrate multi-source datasets for enterprise analytics.
• Establish data dictionaries and governance standards for enterprise data consistency.
• Lead governance of safety event taxonomies and reporting structures.
• Create executive-level dashboards aligned to KPIs and board reporting requirements.
• Provide education and training on dashboards and data literacy to leaders and staff.
