Job summary

T.D. Williamson is seeking a QC/NCR professional to maintain and improve the NCR process and guide Production staff. You will manage non-conformances, ensure MRB containment, and collaborate with Operations to resolve issues efficiently.

The role emphasizes documentation accuracy, traceability, and adherence to ISO QA/QC standards across assembly and maintenance of tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality and manufacturing processes and documentation.
• Experience in measurement tools.
• Experience using multiple applications and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the NCR process by documenting non-conformances and maintaining the MRB area.
• Supports the quality department by performing and recording inspections.
• Ensure processes and procedures are adhered to.
• Ensure traceability is maintained throughout assembly and maintenance of tools / equipment; confirm documentation is maintained properly.
• Establish non-conformity reports when necessary.
• Maintain databases, reports and files to support the QC function.
• Maintain tools and instruments in conformity with ISO procedures and QA/QC recommendations.
• Suggest improvements on processes, equipment and tools with the Quality Manager.
• Ensure non-conforming products are quarantined and controlled.
• Provide and archive technical data to increase customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical assistance to the manufacturing department on defect detection, acceptance and rejection.
