Job summary

T.D. Williamson, Inc. in Tulsa is seeking a Senior Quality Control Inspector to maintain and improve NCR processes, document non-conformances, and support MRB containment. You will ensure traceability through assembly and maintenance of tools, and provide technical data to increase customer satisfaction.

The role requires experience in QC and manufacturing, strong reading of prints and technical docs, and the ability to work with multiple tools and systems in a fast-paced operations setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality and manufacturing processes and documentation.
• Experience with measurement tools.
• Experience using multiple applications and computer systems.
• Good knowledge of machine design, assembly, machining, drawings and QC activities.
• Ability to read and understand prints and technical documents.
• Willingness to learn new technical tools like 3D arm, PMI and OES device.

Responsibilities

• Support the NCR process by documenting non-conformances and maintaining the MRB area.
• Support the quality department by performing and recording inspections.
• Ensure processes and procedures are adhered to and traceability is maintained.
• Maintain documentation and records to support QC functions and ISO requirements.
• Provide technical data and support to manufacturing for defect detection and resolution.
