Job summary

Quest Global in Charlotte, NC is seeking a quality-focused professional with strong measurement and QA/NDE expertise to join our manufacturing quality team. The role emphasizes CTQ dimensional checks, SAP-based documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliance and product integrity.

You will lead inspections, generate QA records, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, while adhering to safety and production targets in a shop-floor environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalence.
• Minimum of 5 years Quality experience.
• Must be Level II certified in VT, MT & PT.
• Proficient with computer and software such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SAP, SETP, OIL, email.

Responsibilities

• Capable of taking CTQ dimensional measurements and parameters using standard and special gauging; document findings via QCC/QCI or PowerPoint.
• Validate QA/NDE paperwork in OIL, and upload QA/NDE reports/records to SAP or QN/SN as required.
• Create a Quality Notification (QN) in SAP and assign tasks to ME/DE as needed.
• Confirm operation completion in OIL; close tasks via quality or service notification.
• Recertify customer requirements to maintain Level II status.
• Conduct in-process and final inspection audits and present results to management.
• Cross train in GT & Combustion new apps and services as required.
• Support manufacturing productivity and takt adherence; collaborate with supervisors and engineers.
