Contrack Watts, Inc. in Bremerton, WA seeks an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead the project QC program on Federal projects, focusing on large-scale high voltage electrical work.

The role drives commissioning, inspection, documentation, and closeout activities, and serves as the primary on-site contact with the owner and subcontractors. Ten+ years in construction and four+ years as QC Manager preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, civil, architectural, mechanical and/or electrical engineering preferred.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of construction experience in roles such as Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, or related.
• A minimum of four (4) years as a QC Manager on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the commissioning process including startup plan, schedule and functional testing.
• Oversee the inspection process during commissioning to ensure timely delivery per specs.
• Lead project closeout activities including manuals, model turnover, and training.
• Serve as main on-site contact with owner and subcontractors to resolve issues.
