Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction or related field.
• 10+ years in construction on large projects.
• 4+ years as QC Manager.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the commissioning process, including startup plan and functional testing.
• Oversee inspections during commissioning to meet schedule and specs.
• Lead project closeout including manuals, turnover, and training.
• Serve as main on-site contact with owner and subcontractors.
• Document quality inspections and manage QC personnel.
• Review submittals for accuracy and compliance.
