Arrowhead Contracting, Inc. is seeking a full-time Quality Control Manager to support maintenance, construction, and renovation work on military bases across the US southeast. The position is onsite in Millington, TN, with travel; hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–4:00 pm.

You will inspect field crews to ensure quality and safety, and liaise with government contacts. The role requires federal construction QC experience, USACE CQM, and OSHA 30, with travel expected; great benefits and competitive

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a quality control manager on federal construction projects.
• USACE CQM certification.
• OSHA 30-hour training.
• Willingness to travel.
• 7+ years as SSHO or related role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect field crew work to meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Lead weekly progress meetings and prepare 3-week look-aheads.
• Prepare safety reports and conduct daily site safety meetings.
• Coordinate scheduling, delivery, and QC with subcontractors.
• Serve as government site liaison and resolve design clarifications.
