Job summary

Arrowhead Contracting, Inc. seeks an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead on-site quality assurance for federal construction projects across the US southeast. You will inspect field crews, enforce safety standards, and ensure compliance with contract documents to deliver safe, high-quality work.

Normal hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–4:00 pm, with travel to job sites. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 per year, plus strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a quality control manager for federal construction projects.
• USACE CQM certification.
• OSHA 30-hour class.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Inspect field crews daily to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Lead site safety meetings and prepare safety presentations.
• Prepare reports, monitor progress, and hold weekly progress meetings.
• Resolve scheduling, logistics, and quality control issues on site.
• Coordinate with owners and architects on field issues.
• Ensure subcontractors comply with contract documents and safety codes.
