Job summary

Arrowhead Contracting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager (QCM) for full-time on-site work in Florida, with travel to bases across the region. You will oversee field inspections to meet quality and safety standards and support successful project completion.

The role requires strong QA/QC expertise on federal construction projects, OSHA 30, and USACE CQM certification, with scheduling and reporting responsibilities to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a quality control manager for federal construction projects.
• USACE CQM certification.
• OSHA 30-hour class.
• This position requires travel.
• 7+ years of experience in QA/QC or SSHO roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect field crew work to ensure it meets quality standards and client expectations.
• Prepare safety reports, monitor progress, hold weekly progress meetings and develop 3-week look aheads.
• Serve as government site liaison and conduct daily site safety meetings and safety presentations.
• Coordinate scheduling, delivery, logistics, and quality control across trades.
• Communicate with owners and engineers to resolve field issues and ensure contract conformance.
