Job summary

Turnkey Processing Solutions seeks a Quality Manager to develop, maintain, and lead all quality management and control activities at our Kentucky facility, ensuring fabricated products meet certifications, customer standards, and contract requirements.

The role requires 5+ years in quality, CWI/CWE, ASNT Level 2 NDT, NACE Level 1, and proficiency with MS Office and Tekla MRP; you will train staff, manage audits, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on quality control/management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• CWI; CWE; ASNT C-1A Level 2 NDT with PT, UT, RT; NACE Level 1 certifications.
• Proficient with MS Office; Tekla MRP familiarity.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; audit leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, test, train staff on WPS, PQR, and WQTR.
• Maintain welder continuity logs and calibration of welding machines.
• Lead audits, certifications, and quality document management.
• Educate stakeholders, drive supplier qualification and improvement.
• Attend business unit meetings and manage quality-related actions.
