Job summary

Western Rock Products in Utah seeks a Professional Engineer (PE) with 2+ years in aggregate and asphalt QC to lead quality control across multiple sites, overseeing lab and field testing and coordinating with Laboratory Managers.

Based in St George or other Central & Southern Utah locations, this role requires travel 20-40%, strong leadership, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• PE license in Utah preferred; 2+ years in aggregate/asphalt QC.
• Leadership experience supervising lab teams.
• Willingness to travel 20–40% within Central & Southern Utah.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe working environment per Staker Parson policies.
• Lead dispersed teams across Utah and allocate QC resources.
• Coordinate CapEx for QC equipment and facilities.
