Job summary

Western Rock Products, a CRH Company, seeks a Quality Control Manager based in Utah to lead aggregate and asphalt QC programs for multiple units from Vernal to St George. You will mentor Laboratory Managers and coordinate testing to maintain the highest quality materials across sites.

The role requires a Utah PE license (preferred) and solid QC/leadership experience, with 20–40% travel within Central & Southern Utah. Strong knowledge of WAQTC, Stonemont, PRISM and Eco-Label tools is desirable.

Qualifications

• PE license in Utah with at least 2 years of aggregate and asphalt QC experience.
• Experience in construction and asphalt QC; leadership experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel within Utah (20-40%).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Laboratory Managers across multiple businesses.
• Ensure a safe working environment per safety policies.
• Coordinate CapEx to provide QC equipment and facilities.
• Oversee all laboratory and field testing, sampling, and testing results.
• Communicate test results and advice to supervision and Owners.
• Promote WAQTC certifications among QC personnel.
