Job summary

Constellation Brands is seeking a Manager, Quality Control to lead production quality, continuous improvement, and supplier support across winery and distillery networks. Travel to sites will be required to support fixed lines, mobile bottling, and third-party operations.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership in quality management systems, food safety, risk assessment, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in food science, engineering, business administration, quality assurance, statistics, or a related field.
• 7+ years in quality, microbiology, technical services, or related beverage/manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years of leadership managing quality teams.
• Knowledge of FDA, FSMA, GMP, HACCP, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network production schedules and quality coverage for bottling operations.
• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee supplier qualification and audits.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and CAPA tracking.
• Manage quality records and documentation for site operations.
