You will oversee testing of materials, ensure instrument calibration, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

The role requires extensive manufacturing QC experience, supervisory skills, and knowledge of IATF16949/ISO9001 standards, with opportunities for career growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of manufacturing quality control experience.
• 5+ years supervisory experience preferred (Quality).
• IATF16949 and/or ISO9001 knowledge required.
• Lean/Six Sigma and process-improvement knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day QC department planning and operations.
• Ensure conformance to specifications and procedures for product quality.
• Report conformance of materials through inspection and testing.
• Review and improve SOPs and test methods for reliable results.
• Investigate out-of-spec results and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain QC equipment calibration and troubleshooting support.
• Document test results and maintain records accurately.
• Manage corrective action system for nonconforming materials.
• Coordinate color requirements between Operations and Field Tech Services.
• Lead quality trend analysis and Kaizen activities.
