Job summary

This role leads internal audits, supports external certification efforts, and collaborates cross-functionally to improve processes and product quality.

The position requires strong knowledge of automotive quality systems, audit processes, and IMDS requirements, with hands-on leadership of audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and exposure to automotive quality systems.
• Experience with IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 is required.
• Knowledge of ISO14001 and customer-specific requirements a plus.
• Lead audits, audit planning, and corrective action experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, and ISO14001 knowledge.
• Organize internal audits and oversee certification audits.
• Lead and train internal auditors for audit readiness.
• Drive corrective actions and root cause analysis.
• Support continuous improvement across processes.
