Job summary

Grunley Construction Company Inc is seeking a Quality Control Manager to assure top quality in materials and workmanship on our commercial and government projects. The role reports to the Vice President & General Manager and carries authority granted by the President, coordinating with the onsite Superintendent, Project Manager, and Project Executive.

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management with five years of construction experience, or an associate’s degree with ten years,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field with 5+ years of construction experience or an Associate's degree with 10+ years of construction experience.
• Working knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control with Corps of Engineers.
• Must have successful track record in construction practices and QA/QC.

Responsibilities

• Ensure highest quality of construction services and adherence to materials/workmanship specifications.
• Apply QA/QC procedures in coordination with Corps of Engineers requirements.
• Carry authority granted by the President of Grunley Construction.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities with onsite Superintendent, Project Manager, and Project Executive.
