Job summary

Saint‑Gobain seeks a Senior Quality Manager to provide strategic leadership for the Omniseal Solutions & Life Sciences QMS at the Garden Grove site in California. You will drive regulatory compliance, establish the long‑term quality vision, and shape quality culture and customer assurance across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical discipline is required.
• Master's degree in engineering, quality, or business statistics is preferred.
• Six‑Sigma/Lean Manufacturing Green Belt is preferred.
• ASQ CQE/CQT/CQA is preferred.
• 10+ years in a regulated industry (semiconductor, aerospace, automotive, pharma/biopharm, or medical device) is required.
• 6+ years experience with Quality Systems design, development, implementation, and site‑level governance is required.
• 5-7 years experience in supervision/management of leaders and technical teams is required.
• 3+ years experience leading RCA and operational efficiency initiatives is required.
• 3+ years QMS experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Omniseal Solutions & Life Sciences QMS and ensure enterprise‑level integration.
• Act as the site’s Product Compliance Officer and influence executive decision‑making.
• Lead quality strategy for a regulated, multi‑business facility and oversee governance across functions.
• Own establishment of a distinct Omniseal & Life Sciences QMS within a shared environment.
• Serve as the highest‑level on‑site quality authority for Garden Grove, with enterprise‑wide impact.
