HYDAC TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee all areas of the quality department, drive production compliance, inspections, process improvements, and certification activities. The role demands strong leadership and a hands-on approach to audits and supplier quality.

You will coordinate cross-location quality initiatives and lead PPAP, corrective actions, and product certification efforts while ensuring the Quality Management System evolves with the business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science or related field.
• Direct employee management experience.
• Supplier management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and plan incoming inspection of selected purchased goods and fabricated products.
• Direct and plan in-process and final product inspection.
• Direct and plan inspection of returned goods and assist in customer complaint investigation.
• Oversee and perform internal product, process, and system audits.
• Oversee, plan and perform PPAP, corrective actions and OEM related activities.
• Direct and plan resolution of quality issues with vendors.
• Direct and plan product certification activities.
• Oversee and plan changes to the Quality Management System.
• Coordinate quality-related activities across multiple locations.
