Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our fast-paced engineering team. This permanent role leads the QA program, managing the QA team and ensuring products and services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Responsibilities include root cause analysis, CAPA, corrective and preventive actions, process audits, supplier and customer quality management, and manufacturing quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance in the engineering industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies and tools including RCA, CAPA, corrective action, preventive action, process auditing, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in supplier quality, customer quality, manufacturing quality, and quality inspection.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Certification in Quality Management or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the quality assurance team to ensure the highest level of product quality and compliance.
• Conduct detailed root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee CAPA processes and ensure actions are implemented on time.
• Conduct regular process audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage supplier quality programs and work with suppliers to improve quality.
• Handle customer quality issues, address complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee manufacturing quality, including inspection, process control, and quality improvements.
• Interpret technical drawings and guide the team on discrepancies.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance metrics for performance improvements.
