Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a seasoned claims audit professional to ensure field offices comply with client service instructions and related agreements, and to conduct customized audits and training. You will analyze trends, support branches and account management, develop processes to improve claim outcomes, and participate in meetings with clients and brokers as needed.

This role leverages extensive auto and general liability claims expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7-10 years working a claims desk in auto and general liability.
• Litigation and complex BI handling experience.
• State licensing in multiple jurisdictions.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience with claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of field offices with client service instructions and related agreements.
• Conduct customized client audits, monitor performance metrics, and provide technical training.

• Perform trend analysis and deliver internal/external audits; prepare oversight reports.

Overview

Location: Remote

Preferred: Previous auditing experience in addition to extensive liability claims background and strong process management skills.

How you'll make an impact

• Primarily focused on ensuring compliance of field offices with assigned client base service instructions and related service agreements.
• Tasked with conducting customized client audits, monitoring performance metrics, providing technical training, and assisting branches in meeting client expectations, along with development of processes and procedures to ensure compliance with client, broker, and carrier expectations.
• Responsibilities include; trend analysis, delivering training, and conducting both internal and external audits.
• Additional duties may include preparation of monthly oversight reports, review of processes of branch handling to improve claim outcomes, client liaising in support of Account Management, coding, reserving, and specialized projects.
• Participation and/or attendance in partnership meetings, client and broker meetings may be required in addition to individual support for branches and Resolution Managers.

About You

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• 7-10 years working a claims desk in auto and general liability. Litigation and complex BI handling experience.
• Claims handling experience, with a focus on complex and litigated claims. Must have strong technical experience in complex, bodily injury and litigated claims for this role. Must be able to work in a quality/auditing environment.
• State licensing in multiple jurisdictions
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Related claims and business software experience

Preferred:

• Auditing experience is a plus but not required.
• Extensive liability claims background
• Strong process management skills
