Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing America is hiring a QA Manager for our Huntsville, TX facility. The role develops and implements the laboratory Quality System, oversees audits, SOPs, certifications, and data integrity, and trains staff to maintain high QA standards.

The position requires a BS/BA in Chemistry or related sciences, 5+ years bench analytical experience with QA training or 2 years QA experience, US work authorization, and proficient English skills.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Chemistry/Sciences
• Minimum 5 years bench level analytical experience plus formal QA training or 2 years QA experience
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• Professional working proficiency in English, including reading, writing and speaking English

Responsibilities

• Review Eurofins Environment Testing America’s QMP and ensure compliance with the Quality System
• Develop and implement the QAM
• Participate as a member of the laboratory’s senior management team
• Act as QA representative in client and regulatory meetings and open forums
• Act as technical resource and final authority in data quality
• Conduct QA training courses and ethics training for new hires
• Perform system audits, write reports, and approve audit responses
• Maintain certifications and approve SOPs, and write SOPs as needed
• Maintain training records and Demonstrations of Capability (DOCs) for analysts
• Identify and investigate systematic problems; implement corrective actions
