Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing Southwest in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the laboratory Quality System, train staff, and manage audits to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance. You will maintain SOPs, QC records, and certifications, while guiding ethics discussions and client interactions.

The role requires a BS/BA in Chemistry or Sciences, 5+ years of bench analytical work with QA experience, and full work authorization in the United States.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Chemistry/Sciences is required.
• Minimum 5 years bench level analytical experience plus formal QA training or 2 years QA experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including reading, writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve the laboratory Quality System that meets QMP requirements.
• Provide QA training to all personnel and maintain QA documentation and SOPs.
• Audit systems, data and external audits; oversee QC records and certifications.
• Submit monthly QA reports and act as the final authority on data quality issues.
• Interact with clients/regulators and lead ethics and data integrity initiatives.
