Pay Range: $115,000.00 to $120,000.00 per hour on W2; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

This role will lead Quality Assurance efforts at a manufacturing site (~125 employees) with a focus on improving processes, mentoring team members, and driving quality standards across a multi-shift operation. The environment is fast-paced and evolving, requiring a leader who can operate in ambiguity and help bring structure to existing processes. This individual will oversee QA operations, manage one direct report (Quality Supervisor) and four indirect reports across multiple shifts, and partner closely with plant leadership and HR. Responsibilities include improving and standardizing QA processes, supporting regulatory and audit activities, analyzing quality data, and mentoring team members to elevate overall quality performance within the plant.
