$110,000 – $150,000 + Specialist Training + Career Progression + Annual Bonus + Excellent Company Benefits

Are you a Quality Manager with plastic, chemicals, or metal manufacturing experience, looking to join a growing organization where you can build, develop, and lead a quality department while receiving specialist training and long‑term career progression?

In this role, you’ll oversee ISO compliance, lead audits, drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, and work cross‑functionally with production, engineering, and supply chain to reduce waste, defects, and rework. You’ll be seen as the go‑to quality leader on site.

The Role:

• Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System
• Lead internal, customer, and external audits, ensuring ongoing compliance
• Build, mentor, and develop the quality team as the department grows
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and CI tools
• Monday – Friday, standard business hours with excellent work‑life balance

The Person:

• Quality Manager or Senior Quality Engineer from a manufacturing environment
• Experience leading QC technicians
• Looking to grow, develop a department, and progress long‑term within a business
