Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressively responsible Quality experience, including leadership roles.
• Experience in Defense, Aerospace, or Space programs.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Establish, govern, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Act as the primary interface for customer and regulatory quality matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and lead audits.

Skills

Progressive leadership experience in Quality Engineering

Strong working knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001

Experience with mission assurance and risk management

Exceptional written and verbal communication

Strong organizational skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
