This role leads customer-facing quality engineering and inspection teams, drives AS9100 compliance, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. Ideal candidates have a strong background in aerospace quality standards and a passion for quality management. A competitive salary range of $144,100 - $192,100 per year plus bonuses is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementing and maintaining AS9100 QMS.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Quality strategies and standards.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations, specifically 14 CFR Part 21 and 145.

Responsibilities

• Lead AS9100 compliance activities and manage audits.
• Drive corrective actions for customer quality processes.
• Support quality throughout the product life cycle.
