General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (OTS) is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to evaluate and improve product, material, and process quality. This role follows established procedures and standards including ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14000, and AS9100, and may lead audits and corrective actions across multiple programs.

The ideal candidate will bring an Associate's Degree with 5-7 years' related experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 5-7 years' experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement QA policies and review cycles.
• Manage internal audit program and audit schedules.
• Evaluate audit findings and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain and improve Quality Management System and generate reports.
• Create and lead QA training.
