Job summary

Schlumberger Limited in the Coraopolis Technology Center seeks an experienced leader to manage Quality Assurance/Quality Control activities, including inspections, gage calibration, NDT testing, and coordination with vendors, ensuring API, ISO, DNV, ABS and other certifications are met. The role reports to the Plant Manager and supports strategic decisions affecting the center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or engineering equivalent with QA/QC experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years in quality experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within manufacturing QC.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a QC organization to ensure product conformance to specifications.
• Coordinate vendor qualifications and customer inspection requirements.
• Manage QA/QC policies, procedures, and programs.
• Act as technical authority on product liability and certifying agency requirements.
• Provide timely resolution of quality problems in Manufacturing.
• Direct subordinates to ensure efficient inspections and smooth flow of material.
