Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Senior Analyst, Financial Crimes & Identity Quality to lead quality reviews across AML, fraud, KYC/CDD, watchlists, negative news, and EDD investigations. You will review investigations, supporting documents, and decisions to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and regulatory expectations.

The role collaborates with Risk, Bank Partners, and vendor teams to drive improvements, calibrate quality, and provide actionable feedback.

Qualifications

4+ years banking, risk management, or fraud investigation experience.
ACAMS certification is a plus.
Experience with Fraud and AML investigations, including Unusual Activity Reports.
Experience with KYC/Identity workflows (CDD, watchlist, negative news, and EDD).
Experience working with BPO/vendor investigation teams.

Responsibilities

Lead complex QA sampling and reviews across Financial Crimes and Identity workflows.
Review investigations, narratives, supporting documentation, and case decisions for accuracy and completeness.
Identify anomalies and trends across internal and BPO/vendor investigations.
Communicate quality findings with defects, policy interpretation gaps, coaching themes, and process improvements.
Deliver QA feedback and coaching to investigators and vendor teams; support calibration sessions.
Partner with Risk, Bank Partner, and vendor operations to update procedures and quality expectations.
Produce quality reporting and insights for leadership on trends and improvements.
Navigate policy interpretation and edge-case decisions, raising concerns when gaps are identified.
Lead or support QA projects and readiness for new workflows; travel ~10%.
