This position, under the direction of the Area Director, works directly with the home QIDPs in overseeing all aspects of residential life for the residents at JIRDC. Responsibilities include developing, administering, and maintaining individual program plans, teaching objectives, and active treatment to ensure compliance with Federal ICF Standards, State and Federal Statutes, and facility policies.

The Senior QIDP collaborates to identify strengths and weaknesses in service delivery systems and develops strategies to improve and maintain appropriate services within each home.

The position is designated Mandatory and requires reporting or staying over during adverse weather events.

Effective January 1, 2025, the salary range will be $39,671.00 - $69,426.00, with a Grade NC09 and recruitment range of the same amount.

Location: Lakeside Area, 1st shift (8:00 am - 5:00 pm), Monday - Friday, with flexibility as needed.
