Job summary

EngiFlex BV seeks a Senior QHSE Engineer to support onshore infrastructure and occasional offshore visits. You will coordinate daily QHSE matters on site, ensuring work aligns with UK standards and legal requirements.

Responsibilities include training, audits, risk reviews, and continuous improvement of the QHSE system. You must hold NEBOSH, CSCS/VCA/FOET, and have UK-based experience with offshore readiness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a similar QHSE role.
• Proven track record in UK QHSE standards and legislation (CDM).
• NEBOSH certification is required.
• CSCS, VCA, BOSIET, STCW or FOET training is required.
• Willingness to travel offshore and work on-site in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Advise site teams on QHSE topics and deliver trainings.
• Carry out audits and inspections of QHSE programmes.
• Identify improvements and track corrective actions.
• Review risk assessments and support mitigations.
• Maintain and improve the QHSE management system.
• Escalate significant issues and communicate improvements.
