Job summary

Papa John's USA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Test Coordinator to oversee end-to-end QE test management across all phases of the SDLC, including System Integration Testing, regression, UAT, and production readiness.

You will coordinate testing schedules, environments, and resources across multiple QE teams and vendors, build a centralized QE knowledge base, and drive sign-off with business stakeholders. This role is open to candidates in ATL, LOU, or remote.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in QA/QE with 5+ years in complex, multi-team test planning, coordination, or test management.
• Experience managing end-to-end test cycles across multiple teams, vendors, and concurrent releases.
• Proficiency with JIRA, defect management and test management tools (e.g., Zephyr, AIO, TestRail, Xray, or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end test management across all phases of the SDLC — SIT, regression, UAT, and production readiness.
• Coordinate testing schedules, environments, resources, and dependencies across multiple QE teams and product domains (eCommerce, StoreTech, POS, Payments, Loyalty, MDM).
• QE Flexpool capacity management & prioritization: manage a flexible QE resource pool to match testing capacity with demand across active programs and sprints; prioritize resource allocation based on release risk.
• Vendor burstable capacity activation: partner with vendor and staffing systems to activate short-term QE capacity; manage onboarding, ramp, and wind-down of flex resources.
• UAT coordination & business sign-off: own end-to-end UAT process including scheduling, environment readiness, tester enablement, defect triage, and sign-off with stakeholders.
• Validate acceptance criteria alignment on user stories and ensure business stakeholders are engaged for UAT prior to release cycles.
• Facilitate formal business sign-off meetings and maintain approval records for go/no-go releases.
• Knowledge management: build and maintain a centralized QE knowledge base covering test processes, runbooks, onboarding guides, lessons learned, and retrospectives.
• Capture post-mortem findings and drive process improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain standard test plans, test strategies, and test case repositories for major releases.
• Strategize and optimize End-to-End Regression in a risk-based fashion.
• Manage and triage defects and report metrics to QE leadership.
• Maintain production readiness checklists and support release go/no-go readiness reviews.
