H & A Resources, LLC is seeking an experienced Quality Engineering (QE) Manager to lead end-to-end testing for integrated enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will drive API automation, event-driven architecture testing, and NoSQL data validation while building high-performing QE teams.

You will define test strategies, establish QE governance, track quality metrics, and collaborate with product owners, architects, and development teams to ensure release readiness across distributed

Formación

• Experience leading QE teams in Agile environments and driving governance.
• Strong API testing/automation experience with Karate, RestAssured, Playwright.
• Proficiency in API validation tools such as Postman and OpenAPI.
• Experience validating data in NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Couchbase).
• Ability to establish QE governance, automation reporting and KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor QE teams, delivering high-quality software releases.
• Define and execute test strategies across functional, integration, API and end-to-end testing.
• Drive automation-first quality practices and increase coverage.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Development teams on SDLC quality.
• Establish QE governance, metrics, and executive reporting for release readiness.
• Introduce modern testing tools and practices to improve efficiency.
• Ensure quality validation across distributed and event-driven architectures.
