Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience/education in concrete industry
• 3 to 5 years of related experience in aggregate and concrete QC management
• Ability to compile and analyze information and write clear reports
• Proficient in English reading, writing and communication

Responsibilities

• Implements QC/QA processes to maintain compliance with industry standards
• Utilize software to collect, review and analyze materials and mix designs
• Manage ACI certifications for the division
• Inspect plants and perform audits to ensure policy compliance
• Investigate customer complaints and provide data-backed responses
• Visit job sites to address quality control issues and educate field teams
