Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Associate Scientist, QC Microbiology Trainer to develop and deliver instructor-led, hands-on training for QC microbiology and environmental monitoring in the Cell Therapy QC labs.

The role partners with QC SMEs, lab management, and site training to schedule, maintain, and document training programs in line with cGMP requirements. The successful candidate will combine strong QC microbiology knowledge with facilitation, coaching, technical writing,

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in microbiology, biology or related discipline with QC/lab or training experience.
• Hands-on experience in QC microbiology, environmental monitoring, or related lab methods.
• Experience training, coaching, qualifying, or mentoring laboratory personnel.
• Experience working in cGMP and regulatory environments.

Mansioni

• Deliver instructor-led, hands-on training for QC microbiology and environmental monitoring methods.
• Qualify and mentor analysts on approved procedures and aseptic practices.
• Coordinate training schedules with QC management and subject matter experts.
• Develop, revise, and review training curricula, materials, and assessments.
• Ensure training is documented per procedures and cGMP requirements.
• Maintain training laboratories, equipment, supplies, and samples.
• Track qualification progress and training metrics.
• Represent QC Training in audits and inspections.
