Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and hands-on training for QC microbiology and environmental monitoring.
• Qualify and mentor analysts on lab methods and aseptic practices.
• Coordinate training schedules with QC management and SMEs.
• Develop and revise training curricula, job aids, and assessments.
• Ensure training documentation complies with procedures and cGMP.
