Job summary

Integra LifeSciences in the United States seeks a Supervisor for the QC Microbiology Laboratory to lead testing of raw materials, in-process, finished products, and environmental monitoring in a cGMP setting.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years GMP/GLP experience, 2+ years supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of FDA QMSR, ISO 13485, and quality systems, with a focus on data integrity and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Microbiology, Biology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 7+ years of GMP/GLP experience in regulated industries.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Knowledge of FDA QMSR, 21 CFR Part 820, and ISO 13485.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the QC Microbiology Laboratory.
• Oversee microbiological testing of materials and products.
• Manage environmental and utilities monitoring programs.
• Lead investigations and CAPA related to microbiology data.
• Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
