Job summary

Integra LifeSciences in Massachusetts seeks a Supervisor, QC Analytical Laboratory to provide technical and operational leadership for the QC Analytical Lab. The role ensures compliant testing of raw materials, in‑process, finished products and stability samples, with data integrity and regulatory readiness.

You will supervise daily lab operations, oversee method performance and instrument status, mentor staff, review records, manage external contract testing, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• GMP/GLP laboratory experience in FDA-regulated industry.
• Experience with analytical method validation/verification/transfer.
• Leadership experience supervising laboratory personnel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the QC Analytical Laboratory.
• Oversee analytical testing of materials and products for release.
• Provide oversight of method performance and instrument status.
• Lead investigations (OOS/OOT/NC) and CAPA activities.
• Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
