Novax Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Quality Control Manager for Advanced Bridge Fabrication in Menomonie, WI. This role ensures every beam, weld, and connection meets strict industry standards while supporting nationwide infrastructure projects.

You will lead the plant quality team, oversee welding and NDT processes, and coordinate audits and documentation to maintain certification readiness. A path to senior leadership exists as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Must have certification in welding inspection (CWI or ASNT VT Level II) and hands-on experience in structural steel fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and maintain detailed documentation.
• Strong leadership skills with experience guiding a quality team on the shop floor.
• Solid understanding of welding inspection and NDT processes.
• Experience coordinating with production, project management and external inspectors.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor the plant quality team, setting daily inspection priorities.
• Oversee welding, fit-up, and fabrication quality against industry codes.
• Coordinate NDT activities and maintain accurate inspection records.
• Prepare the facility for certification audits and maintain compliance documentation.
• Partner with production, project management, and external inspectors to resolve issues quickly.
