Job summary

Novax Recruitment Group is seeking a Quality Manager for a senior leadership role in structural steel fabrication. You will lead the quality function, build systems aligned with AISC and ISO 9001, and drive certification readiness across the fabrication operation.

You’ll partner with production and other teams to resolve issues and improve performance, provide guidance on standards and compliance, and shape the quality strategy as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Experience leading quality functions in fabrication or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of AISC certification requirements and ISO standards.
• Track record implementing or improving quality management systems.
• Ability to lead a team and interface with senior management and production.
