Job summary

HITT Contracting in Austin is seeking a Quality Control Senior Associate to develop and implement a QC program for small to mid-size projects. You will collaborate with Site Ops, manage inspections, and support resolution of deficiencies.

This role requires active QC certification, OSHA-30, proficiency in Procore and Cx Alloy, and strong communication with the project team and clients. You will help ensure safety and quality across installations.

Qualifications

• Active certification with Army Corps of Engineers CQMC or refreshed within 3 months.
• OSHA-30 certification or within 3 months of hire.
• Experience developing site QC programs and 4 phases of control.
• Proficient with Procore and Cx Alloy for QC documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with project team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QC program for small to mid-size projects.
• Participate in planning and develop FOW tied to the project schedule.
• Execute four QC phases (Planning, Preparatory, Initial, Inspections) with teams and client.
• Inspect incoming materials for submittal compliance and storage.
• Oversee site inspections and record deficiencies.
• Coordinate third-party inspections and tests; document results.
• Provide weekly QC status reports and attend progress meetings.
