Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate, Quality Control to develop and implement a comprehensive QC program for small to mid-sized projects.

You will work with Site Ops Teams, conduct preparatory and initial meetings, inspect installations, and lead the four QC phases to resolve issues with subcontractors and clients. The role requires active CQM or refresh within 3 months, OSHA-30, and strong documentation skills using Procore/Cx Alloy.

Qualifications

• Active certification with the Army Corps of Engineers- Construction Quality Management for Contractors or an inactive certification that needs to be refreshed within 3 months of hire.
• OSHA-30 certification or within 3 months of hire.
• Motivated self-starter familiar with the QC process including developing a site-specific QC Program and establishing the 4 phases of control.
• Proficient with Procore and/or Cx Alloy for QC documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the HITT Project Team and our clients.
• Adequate knowledge in the CSA and MEP disciplines.
• Adequate knowledge of building codes, NFPA-70E, and the NEC.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Proficient document control skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a site QC Program for small to mid-size projects.
• Attend planning and preparatory QC meetings with Site Ops teams.
• Inspect installations and verify submittals and stored materials.
• Oversee inspections, coordinate third-party tests, and track deficiencies.
• Interface with clients and project teams to report QC status.
• Prepare and closeout final punch lists and project documentation.
