Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a QC Lab Team Supervisor in Swiftwater, PA to lead daily QC operations, ensure GMP-compliant testing, and drive continuous improvement. You will manage staff, validate methods, and support audits in a vaccine/pharmaceutical setting.

The role requires 8+ years in cGMP environments, hands-on expertise in particulate isolation, Micro-FTIR, SEM/EDS, and strong leadership to mentor a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering or related field with at least 8 years in a cGMP environment.
• Progressive QC experience in pharma or vaccine manufacturing from technician to management roles.
• Deep knowledge of GMP, FDA/EMA/ICH guidelines and regulated testing.
• Hands-on expertise in Particulate Isolation, Micro-FTIR, SEM/EDS in pharma QC.
• Experience authoring and reviewing technical reports, memos and quality documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily QC laboratory operations and ensure testing per schedules.
• Maintain GMP compliance, validated methods, and CAPA actions.
• Lead, train, and develop QC staff; manage qualification matrices.
• Maintain equipment, calibration plans, and lab safety.
• Support audits, deviations, change controls, and investigations.
